Designation : Solution Designer
Experience : 6 to 12 Years
Location : India [Bangalore]

Oracle BRM Solution Designer

• Study TO-BE processes and identify the ‘best-fit’ components
• Utilize out-of-the-box processes, data model and screen navigations and propose a solution to meet the business need
• Prepare Functional Specifications Design including detailed business processes and proposed screen layout
• Prepare Interface Specification Design including data input, output and processing logic.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting Solution Design phase.
• MANDATORY - Trained and hands-on experienced in OBRM (Technical Essentials, Server Developer, Pricing and Rating, Pipeline Developer, Batch Pricing and Rating) modules.
• BRM Migration experience will be an added advantage.

Oracle BRM Developer
Experience : 3-6 Years

• Prepare low level design
• Customization and configuration of OBRM’s layers like Application tier, CM tier, DM tier and Data tier using various software technologies like C/C++/Java/J2EE/ORACLE and so forth.
• Incorporate business logic using PCM libraries.
• Define product catalogues using OBRM’s Pricing Center.
• Build interface using various EAI/AIA technologies.
• Gain functional knowledge of specific OBRM modules e.g. Webkit, Pipeline etc.
• Provide technical support during various testing phase (CIT, SIT & UAT)

Business Analyst

1. Should have worked on BSS/OSS SI projects end to end and played End to End BA role as Active BA in Requirement Design phase and support BA during Business Implementation. Should have extensive knowledge in covering all the scenarios applicable to Order to Cash and Trouble to Repair. Should have worked on OSS Service Fulfillment and Service Eligibility scenarios for PSTN and ADSL services
2. Should have done BA role in following services PSTN, CDMA, WiMax, ADSL
3. Should be thorough in using the BP Tools.
4. Should have good communication, planning skills and good command over English language. Experience in Customer facing role during the requirement and Business analysis phase
5. Self Motivated, flexible and Adaptable to the environment, team and the project. Should provide good and effective leadership to the Team
